All email addresses that are subscribed to our mailing lists should be official email addresses issued by one of the IB World Schools in Japan. This helps us ensure that only people from candidate or authorized schools in Japan are able to access our mailing lists. It also helps us maintain the lists, because schools will usually decommission email addresses when their staff members leave, which helps us recognize that the person is no longer at that school.
